Rae Conner

Licensed Professional Counselor (she/her)

I believe therapy is a sanctuary where vulnerability transforms into strength, and the fragmented pieces of self are gently pieced back together.

My primary goal is to empower you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work to identify your strengths, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience, enabling you to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My counseling style embraces a whole-person approach, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. With use of a feminist approach and grounded in trauma-informed care, I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgement. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I tailor interventions to meet individual needs, incorporating mindfulness techniques to foster present-moment awareness and self-compassion. I am deeply committed to working with college students, young adults navigating life transitions, individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, and queer couples. I provide affirming and culturally sensitive care that supports clients in navigating challenges, strengthening relationships, and embracing their authentic identities.
