Taylor Leonhart
Licensed independent social worker (she/her)
I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self—without fear of judgment, pressure, or expectation.
My approach blends mind-body awareness with an understanding of how past experiences shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll work toward building healthier coping strategies, greater self-understanding, and lasting change. When appropriate, I incorporate humor to help create a space that feels genuine and comfortable.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges related to substance use, self-esteem, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward healing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
Our work is tailored to your unique needs. In the first few sessions, we’ll identify your goals and focus areas. Ongoing sessions provide space to explore your inner world and relationships—at your pace, and in a way that supports your growth.
