Amanda Gaddis
Licensed social worker (she/her)
I believe in unwavering commitment to compassion, authenticity, and empowerment.
I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to establish a foundation for self-realization and personal growth. I believe in the strength of a therapeutic environment grounded in trust, collaboration, and self-empowerment where clients can explore their innermost thoughts, feelings and experiences with honesty, and vulnerability. Everyone deserves a safe space to process, grow, and heal.
I enjoy taking a strengths-based approach and utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also hold a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, exploring the relationship between the mind, body and spirit.
