Faith Kappeler-McCafferty
Licensed independent social worker (she/her)
I believe that therapy should provide a safe and supportive space for clients to gain insight into their thoughts and behavior while growing into a healthy and satisfying life.
I value the importance of a respectful, nonjudgemental therapeutic relationship is a vital part of helpful change and growth. I emphasize active listening, reflection, and gentle feedback in the therapy space as I encourage clients to be open and honest. I empower clients to practice using the skills and insights gained in therapy in their daily lives to improve their mood, relationships, and self-esteem. I firmly believe that the client and therapist are willing partners in improving and maintaining good emotional, social, and mental health.
