I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals, reduce symptoms experienced, and heal your relationship with food and body! With over 10 years of experience working in healthcare, I specialize in providing holistic, evidence-based, anti-diet nutrition recommendations to meet your unique needs!
I received my Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Human Biology with a concentration in Genetics, and my Master’s degree in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University. Some of my research can be seen in the published Journal of Nutrition and Cancer.
