I believe therapy is a safe space to collaborate and seek healing.
I believe in helping my clients meet their goals through personal growth, self-awareness, collaboration, compassion, and healing through empathy. I am passionate about supporting and guiding clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, self-injurious behavior, suicidal thoughts, family/interpersonal conflict, life transitions from birth to OB to end of life decisions, and grief/loss. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, elderly, as well as pre and postpartum women in the community and hospital setting.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Columbus, OH. I graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and then attended Southeastern University to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Work.
The modalities I most frequently utilize in treatment include:
Motivation Interviewing
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
