Empowering individuals to break free from feelings of depression, low self-worth, and repetitive cycles, I specialize in guiding clients toward transformative change and renewed clarity.
My approach is intuitive and warm, focusing on open-minded exploration. I use an integrative method by incorporating psychotherapeutic modalities with mindfulness-based practices. I combine my knowledge of the body, brain, and the impact of trauma that highly informs healing work with my clients. When we create internal safety to explore our experiences, we begin to uncover the roots of our challenges. In this process, we can regain our power, reclaiming agency over pain, shame, or limiting beliefs. When we confront our fears and difficult emotions directly, we discover that what we’ve been avoiding can lead to healing, freedom, and empowerment. I will help you navigate through challenges, uncover underlying patterns, and cultivate the resilience needed to create lasting positive change in your life.
