Julianne Frechette

LICENSED professional counselor (she/her)

I believe in therapy that is nonjudgmental and collaborative.

I have experience working with adults who are struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, codependency, complex trauma, relational issues and life transitions. My goal is to provide a collaborative trauma-informed environment in which you can feel empowered to recognize your unique capacity for personal growth and change.

I believe that growth and comfort cannot coexist and operate from a place of that lived experience. Just like my clients, I have sat on the other side of the couch and know the vulnerability required to re-write one’s story. Healing is a highly individualized, non-linear, and often circular journey. For this reason, I utilize an empathetic person-centered approach to foster hope, healing, and resilience as you learn to tap into the vast resources already within yourself. Together, we will reclaim your sense of self-worth and cultivate greater self-acceptance and prioritization of authentic connections.
